Današnji jedilnik:

  1. ZAJTRK:
    3 cela jajca “na oko”1, 50g češnjevega paradižnika, 2 kapsuli Omega-3, 1 multivitaminska tableta One-a-Day, 1 tableta Ca&Mg, 1 kapsula izvlečka zelenega čaja
  2. SNACK:
    40g lešnikov
  3. KOSILO:
    150g svinjske pečenke, 40g slanine, sveža zelenjava v sestavi: 60g kumare, 25g korenja in 15g češnjevega paradižnika
  4. VEČERJA:
    enako kot za kosilo
  5. VODA:
    500ml mrzle vode zjutraj na tešče + 2450ml
  6. OSTALO:
    beljakovinski napitek MaxxDessert z okusom Panna Cotte – 30g s 300ml vode
  7. FIZIČNA AKTIVNOST:
    4,46km teka – enak princip kot včeraj

UGOTOVITVE DNEVA:

Kondicija oz. pomanjkanje le-te me resno baše. Prvi interval teka sicer uspela preteči brez ustavljanja2, srednji – najdaljši – interval me ubije, ker mi pulz naraste na 172+ in ga ne morem spraviti pod 140. Bolijo me stegna, meča in trebušne mišice, ampak je zdržno. Jutri je sreda, day-off z vidika rekreacije, da se telo malo regenerira. Obenem me jutri zjutraj čakajo prve meritve.

Današnji rezultati:

  • teža: 81,9 kg
  • telesna maščoba: 32,5%

Razlika v primerljavi z včerajšnjimi meritvami:

  • teža: -0,2 kg
  • telesna maščoba: +0,1%

Razlika v primerljavi z začetnimi meritvami:

  • teža: -0,2 kg
  • telesna maščoba: +0,1%

Glede na to, da tehtnice za domačo rabo niso najbolj zanesljive pri meritvah telesne maščobe in da na meritev znatno vpliva stanje hidracije v telesu, me povišanje odstotka telesne maščobe ne preseneča.

    3 beljaki in 1 rumenjak, 80g kumare, olupljene in narezane, 2 kapsuli Omega-3, 1 multivitaminska tableta One-a-Day, 1 tableta Ca&Mg
  2. SNACK:
    pozabila doma
  3. KOSILO:
    mongolska govedina1 – ni sicer čisto po dieti, ker pri kuhanju verjetno uporabljajo razna gostila, bogata z OH2, ampak po sili razmer bo moralo zadostovati… rižu sem se seveda odpovedala…
  4. VEČERJA:
    2 telečji hrenovki3, 225g pasirane špinače, 45g kisle smetane, strok česna
  5. VODA:
    500ml mrzle vode zjutraj na tešče + 2050ml
  6. OSTALO:
    1 kapsula Green Fit4
  7. FIZIČNA AKTIVNOST:
    4,67km teka – intervali v zaporedju: warmup, steady, slow, fast, slow in steady, 39 minut, povprečni HR 150, poraba kcal 437… recimo temu benchmark, zdaj bomo pa videli, kako bo šlo naslednjič…

UGOTOVITVE DNEVA:

Zaenkrat lakote ne občutim, tudi nekih posebnih želja glede hrane nimam. Kondicije imam manj kot kak 70-letnik. Še vedno premalo pijem.

Fail!

Ok, there are a few items you might not want to forget when moving out of a rented appartment. Like sex toys. Or… I don’t know… handcuffs?

seriously?!

I recently did that – moved, I mean. And forgot my handcuffs, hanging on the railing in what used to be my bedroom. To make matters worse, I actually took pictures of the place before leaving, but didn’t notice that the cuffs were in one of them. #facepalm

And this is what it took to get me to realize what I’ve done:

Fuck my life. :)

Setback

Well, I won’t even pretend that this was unexpected; it was coming for a while now. I knew it, I tried stopping it, but the damage was already done and by the time I fully grasped the gravity of the situation, it was too late.

Now I have to face the consequences of my actions; I can’t help but feel defeated, like I’ve failed, like I’m moving in the wrong direction – backwards, when I should be going forward.

But I have to find a silver lining in this one or I’ll go mad. And I suppose it does have it’s perks – like spending more time with my baby sis.

Either way… it’s back to square one; I fought a decent enough fight – 3 years since my last relapse. Now let the recovery begin.

Damn…

I think it’s fairly obvious by now that I’ve completely fallen off the wagon. ;)

Na začetku sem sicer optimistično verjela, da mi bo med dopustom uspelo vsaj okvirno držati dieto, ampak se je hitro izkazalo, da belgijsko pivo, belgijska čokolada in ves stres, ki sem ga doživela v Amsterdamu, pač ne grejo najbolje z mojimi načrti glede prehrane.

So I just said “To hell with it!” and enjoyed myself. :P Trenutno sem v fazi psihičnega pripravljanja na ponovno uvedbo discipline, tako v smislu prehrane, kot gibanja, ampak računam, da bi morala z naslednjim tednom štartat znova. Upajmo, da mi uspe. :)
