Fail!

Ok, there are a few items you might not want to forget when moving out of a rented appartment. Like sex toys. Or… I don’t know… handcuffs?

seriously?!

I recently did that – moved, I mean. And forgot my handcuffs, hanging on the railing in what used to be my bedroom. To make matters worse, I actually took pictures of the place before leaving, but didn’t notice that the cuffs were in one of them. #facepalm

And this is what it took to get me to realize what I’ve done:

Fuck my life. :)

Setback

Well, I won’t even pretend that this was unexpected; it was coming for a while now. I knew it, I tried stopping it, but the damage was already done and by the time I fully grasped the gravity of the situation, it was too late.

Now I have to face the consequences of my actions; I can’t help but feel defeated, like I’ve failed, like I’m moving in the wrong direction – backwards, when I should be going forward.

But I have to find a silver lining in this one or I’ll go mad. And I suppose it does have it’s perks – like spending more time with my baby sis.

Either way… it’s back to square one; I fought a decent enough fight – 3 years since my last relapse. Now let the recovery begin.

Just when I stopped holding my breath and wishing for a miracle… she found me. And the timing couldn’t be better. And she couldn’t be more perfect1. And I hope this doesn’t jinx it, but… this might be the best thing that’s happened to me in a looooooooooooong time… ;) *knocks on wood*

Damn…

I think it’s fairly obvious by now that I’ve completely fallen off the wagon. ;)

Na začetku sem sicer optimistično verjela, da mi bo med dopustom uspelo vsaj okvirno držati dieto, ampak se je hitro izkazalo, da belgijsko pivo, belgijska čokolada in ves stres, ki sem ga doživela v Amsterdamu, pač ne grejo najbolje z mojimi načrti glede prehrane.

So I just said “To hell with it!” and enjoyed myself. :P Trenutno sem v fazi psihičnega pripravljanja na ponovno uvedbo discipline, tako v smislu prehrane, kot gibanja, ampak računam, da bi morala z naslednjim tednom štartat znova. Upajmo, da mi uspe. :)

IF: Weekly Measurements (Week 01)

Obseg pasu: 81.5 cm 85 cm
Obseg bokov: 88.5 cm 89 cm
Obseg prsi: 92 cm 92 cm
Obseg stegna (L): 59 cm 60 cm
Obseg stegna (D): 59 cm 60 cm
Obseg bicepsa (L): 30 cm 30 cm
Obseg bicepsa (D): 29 cm 30 cm
TOTAL: 439 cm 446 cm

Glede na to, da mi teža pada s svetlobno hitrostjo, obsegi pa so še vedno povečani, si lahko to razložim zgolj s tem, da sem med lenarjenjem okrevanjem pridobivala na maščobi in izgubljala na mišicah. Which makes sense. Tako da lahko verjetno pričakujem, da bo moja teža, ko se znebim nakopičene maščobe, nižja, kot je bila pred poškodbo, vsaj dokler ne ojačam in spet malo pridobim na mišicah.

Današnji rezultati:

  • teža: 72,1 kg
  • telesna maščoba: 25,2%

Razlika v primerljavi z včerajšnjimi meritvami:

  • teža: -1,5 kg
  • telesna maščoba: -0,9%

Razlika v primerljavi z začetnimi meritvami:

  • teža: -7,5 kg
  • telesna maščoba: -5,2%

Tole gre pa res neverjetno hitro. Pa nisem lačna in se NE stradam. Ne vem. Bomo videli. Mogoče bo na tem režimu treba dvigniti dnevni vnos kalorij.

    125g piščančjih fritesov, 125g puste nepasirane skute in AGG
  2. OBROK (ob 16:30):
    enako kot prvi obrok, vendar brez AGG
  3. OBROK (ob 19:30):
    beljakovinske palačinke: 3 jajca, 30g beljakovinskega praška Hy-Pro z okusom bele čokolade, 25g brusnične marmelade in AGG
  4. OSTALO:
    30g beljakovinskega praška MetaPure Zero Carb z okusom vanilije, zmešanega s 300ml vode in AGG zjutraj, PAG pred spanjem
  5. VODA:
    500ml mrzle vode zjutraj na tešče + 3100ml
  6. FIZIČNA AKTIVNOST:
    10km na Orbitreku

UGOTOVITVE DNEVA:

neverjetno, kaj 10 dni počitka oz. neaktivnosti naredi človeku… med orbidrekanjem skoraj umrla, povprečen Heart Rate 159… ajme meni… :P
